Get outside and test your February fitness at this fun race. Race day registration begins at 7:45 a.m. The race begins at 9 a.m. at the Plainfield Parks & Rec Department on February 4th. Cost is $20, $25 with shirt.
Maple Syrup Days
The annual Maple Syrup Days event will be held at McCloud Nature Park on Saturday February 4th and 11th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Learn how to tap a tree for maple syrup, watch a video of the historical process, visit the Sugar Shack to see how syrup is made today, and enjoy this hands-on maple sugaring experience. Pancake breakfast available for a small fee, featuring locally made maple syrup.
