“‘Yes, that’s it,’ said the Hatter with a sigh: `it’s always tea-time.'” -Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland
Inspired by the classic children’s novel, the American Heart Association’s Tea in Wonderland is returning to Hendricks County for the second year. You’re invited to join in the fun at The Crown Room, located at 900 E. 56th St. in Brownsburg, on Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States and is more deadly than all forms of cancer combined. Ninety percent of women have one or more risk factors for developing the disease, according to www.goredforwomen.org. This event was created to raise awareness and teach women and girls how to prevent heart disease in a fun setting.
The cost to attend the event is $30 per adult and $20 per girl aged 12 and younger. Tickets may be purchased at www.teapartyinwonderland.org.
