St. Malachy Country Fair & Hog Roast
St. Malachy Catholic Church is celebrating their 150th anniversary. This free community event includes food, live music, games, rides, a fireworks show on Saturday, and more.
Town of Amo Fall Festival
The Amo Fire Department is sponsoring a free movie and snacks on Friday. On Saturday, the First Baptist Church of Amo will host a car show and walking tacos. Games, activities, and food vendors.
Hendricks Regional Health YMCA Family Campout Night
You can camp out at the Hendricks County YMCA on September 14th. The YMCA will provide the campfire, s’mores, and a movie. Bring your own dinner and camping equipment. Cost is $15/family.
Tox-Away Day
Hendricks County Solid Waste Management District is hosting a Tox-Away Day at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds in Danville. This is an opportunity for Hendricks County residents to properly recycle or dispose of household hazardous wastes, tires, appliances, and electronics. Learn more here.
St. Vincent Flyaway 5K
The inaugural St. Vincent Flyaway 5K is on the grounds of the Indianapolis International Airport along a runway. 100% of proceeds will benefit St. Vincent cancer patients and their families.
2018 Hendricks County Health and Wellness Fair
Discuss health and wellness with local experts and try interactive fitness and beauty demonstrations. Check out exhibits, demos, samples, prizes, and more. Kids activities and bounce houses are a part of this community event.
The Hunt for Pirate Williams’ Treasure
Search for buried treasure in Williams Park with a Hendricks County Park Naturalist. Program is free to attend for all ages. No advance registration required.
