When they first contacted Tony Reffeitt, Matt and Erin were working through the decisions about selling their home. Several realtors had come in with lower listing prices than they had hoped for, but Tony was able to use his real estate expertise to help them make a few changes to add value to their listing. In the end, thanks to his suggestions, they were able sell for full price–about $35,000 more than the first realtor’s suggestion.
The house was also off the market quickly. Erin said, “We did everything he suggested for staging it and had a showing the first day it was on the market.” The Evans family received a full price offer from that showing and had the home sold within three days.
Tony later helped the couple purchase a home which they rehabbed. Thanks to Tony’s ideas, they were able to sell that home for tens of thousands dollars more than the initial purchasing price.
When they were ready to sell their next home, Matt and Erin contacted Tony. He gave them lots of ideas for updates to add value to the home. That home was listed for about $25,000 more than the couple anticipated and sold the first day that it was on the market.
