Virtual Cooking Classes
On Mondays at 10 a.m., Rick the Food Dude offers a virtual cooking class to anyone who wants to learn the basics of preparing food.
Virtual Bingo
Activities coordinator Becky hosts virtual Bingo on Mondays at 1:00 p.m. You’ll find the card on the Hendricks County Senior Services Facebook page each week to print.
Low-Impact Workout
On Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m., Jan offers a low-impact workout class. She alternates between chair yoga and cardio strength flexibility workouts. It’s a great way to stay active from the comfort of your own home.
Line Dancing Classes
Join Paula for virtual line dancing lessons on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. You’ll learn each step, practice putting them together, and then try it with music.
Donuts with Dave
Join Dave for live gospel music on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
A Friendly Chat
Call to chat with friends from the Senior Center at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Food Pantry Services Still Available
The Hendricks County Senior Center continues to offer transportation, in-home services, and food pantry services. The food pantry is a drive-through no contact service. To be eligible to pick up food, you must make an appointment, be over 60, and reside in Hendricks County. You can make an appointment by calling (317) 745-4303.
