The holiday season is just around the corner, and there’s no time like the present to get a head start on creating holiday cards, shopping for gifts, and crafting decor. There are a number of fun events to help you get into the holiday spirit in Hendricks County this year!
Create Your Own Cards
Sherri Nokes will teach you how to create 3-4 beautiful paper cards at Brownsburg Public Library on November 1st. Build your own holiday cards to send some extra cheer this season!
Christmas Bazaar & Craft Show
Get started on your Christmas shopping at this event at the St. Malachy Catholic School Gym. More than 35 vendors will be selling decorations, gift baskets, jewelry, food, and more. A variety of lunch options are available.
Christmas Open House
BB Consign & Design is hosting its annual Christmas open house on November. Stop by to see the store transformed into a winter wonderland!
Holiday Shoppe Fundraiser
The annual holiday shoppe fundraiser is located in the Brownsburg Public Library’s Library Shop bookstore. The fundraiser will be held from November 4, 2017 through January 7, 2018. Find new and like-new books, toys, holiday decor, and more. All proceeds benefit library programming.
27th Annual Hendricks County Flyer Craft Show
This large annual show, held at Hendricks County Fairgrounds, will feature booths with gifts, specialty food, jewelry, crafts, clothing, and more.
Winter Nature Crafts
Create your own holiday decorations or gifts at McCloud Nature Park. Use pine cones, acorns, and other objects found in nature to make ornaments and tree decorations. Recommended for ages 6+, advance registration required by November 16th. The cost is $6/project (up to 2 people per project).
