22 mile ride, average speed 13-17 mph. Park in rear of building and come prepared with hydration, nutrition, tools, and equipment. Ride will not be held in inclement weather. Routes are marked, riders with different paces may complete the routes on their own.

The 41st Annual North Salem Old Fashion Days takes place from September 3-5. Event times vary by day. Horse pulls, live music, food, line dancing, vendors, 5k, 10k, and much more. Hendricks County's largest parade takes place on Saturday.  

Check out the turtle prairie maze at McCloud Nature Park. Dress for the weather and don't forget to hydrate! The maze is about half a mile...if you don't go off course, that is! Free, all ages, no registration required. Open daily from dawn to dusk from September 3rd to October 31st.
