There are four time slots available for the Hendricks Regional Health Indoor Triathlon on January 20th, 2019: 8:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 9:30 a.m. The event includes a 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, and 20 minute run, with the goal of covering as much distance as possible.
