Play in White Lick Creek with Hendricks County Park Naturalists. Wear closed-toe water shoes or old sneakers, bring towels, and don't forget a water bottle. Program is free to attend, appropriate for all ages, and no advance registration is required. Children under 16 must attend with a parent or guardian.

The Avon Farmers Market features local produce, meat, kids activities, and more. It takes place in the south parking lot of the Avon Hendricks Regional Health Building.

This annual festival features a carnival, famous roasted corn, and more. The 4th of July parade takes place at 10 a.m. on July 4th and the fireworks will begin at around 10 p.m. that evening.
