Workshop for Family Caregivers

The “Tools for Coping and Caring as a Family Caregiver” workshop includes a discussion of these topics:
- The 12 Absolutes of Caregiving
- Caregiver Yoga
- Self Care with Aroma and Massage Therapy
This will be followed by a Q&A session. Registration required, masks mandatory. Dinner provided to registered participants. Workshop is provided in partnership with Hendricks County Senior Services, Brownsburg Older Adult Alliance, and the Brownsburg Parks offices.
