Fitness in the Park: Piyo

Join Sherri from Rebel Studio for this FREE Piyo fitness class!
Piyo is a Yoga/Pilates inspired workout program created as part of the Beachbody program! Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. It is a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. Piyo is for every fitness level as every move can be modified or amped up to fit your fitness level! If you have never tried Piyo before, this is the class to come to! Children may attend with a parent/guardian.
Piyo is usually done with bare feet, but can be done with shoes as well. Please bring a yoga mat (or beach towel) and some water. Dress for the weather as this is outside.
