Dancing with the Hendricks County Stars

Hendricks County Historical Museum will host Hendricks County’s first “Dancing with the Hendricks County Stars” on April 9th.
Based on the well known television show, this event will feature 12 Hendricks County residents. Six of the residents will be staff members from each of the Hendricks County high schools, the others are Hendricks County community leaders. Hendricks County Superior Court Judge Rhett Stuard will emcee the event.
The event will take place at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The event will include a buffet dinner and a silent auction in addition to the competition. Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased at all North Salem State Banks and Hendricks County Bank and Trust locations or at the museum’s website.
Arthur Murray Studios in Avon will provide instructors and performance partners for the participants, as well as judges. Trophies will be given for the best dance performance and also for the star who raises the most funds for the Hendricks County Historical Museum.
