Celebrate America’s independence with plenty of family fun and events in Brownsburg on July 4th, 2014 at Arbuckle Acres Park, 200 North Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana.
Fireworks & Parade
From the annual parade at 10 a.m. to the fireworks display at 10 p.m. and in between, there is plenty of fun for everyone on our nation’s independence day!
The Brownsburg Lions Club has been organizing the annual Fourth of July parade since 1966. The parade route forms on Odell, goes north, turns west on College to Green St., then move north to Franklin St. where it ends.
Between July 1-5, enjoy the local carnival from 6 p.m. until closing daily. Rides, games, food, and all you can ride nights make this traditional event fun for the whole family!
Support the Brownsburg Lions Club by purchasing a special Hoosier treat at the fair. The Lions Club will be roasting ears of corn to be dipped in butter and seasoned to your tastes each evening from 5-9 during the carnival.
The annual fireworks display will be held on Friday, July 4th at approximately 10 p.m. Donations are accepted by the Brownsburg Lions Club.

Fireworks Tips
- If you want the closest seats for the fireworks, get to Arbuckle Park early and reserve your seats.
- The next best place to watch them seems to be in the Town Hall grassy area just off SR 267 (Green Street). Still a large crowd, so get there early!
