Brownsburg Parks offers a variety of yoga classes on Thursdays at Brownsburg Public Library. These classes are designed to help you focus on balance and strength.
All yoga classes are $10, with a $5 discount if you are a Renew Active, Silver & Fit, or Active & Fit member. You can register and pay for all yoga classes on the Brownsburg Parks website.
Beginner Yoga
New to yoga? No problem! This class is designed to introduce you to the basics. It’s slower-paced and you’ll learn foundational poses. Please bring a mat if you have one, or you can borrow one when you arrive.
This class is held on Thursdays from 9:15-10:15 a.m. at Brownsburg Public Library.
Chair Yoga
Ready to improve your balance and strength? Chair yoga is a great way to do so. You’ll sit in a stable chair for comfort while moving in a gentle, controlled manner.
This class takes place on Thursdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Brownsburg Public Library.
Slow-Flow Yoga
Move through a slow and steady yoga class to relax with a simple flow. This class is on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Brownsburg Public Library.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga incorporates yin yoga, restorative yoga, and hatha yoga postures to help you focus on deeper stretching, focus, and relaxation. Props will be available to assist in alignment and support.
This class is held on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m. at Brownsburg Public Library.
