2013 Brownsburg Christmas Parade!
I don’t know about you, but the town I grew up in only had parades when the weather was warm and shorts could be worn. The first time I heard about the Christmas Parade in Brownsburg I was floored. Really? We went a couple years ago with our kids and it is actually a delightful event. Businesses and other organizations from around the county create 40+ floats with Christmas themes and throw candy to the kids, it’s a blast.
When
Since it gets dark early, the 6pm event is not too late for even young children to enjoy. Bundle up, we have some festive snow on the ground this year!
Where
The parade extends down Main Street and continues north on State Road 267 / Green Street, ending at Arbuckle Park. This event also serves as the time when the town lights it’s tree in front of town hall for the first time.
Come out and enjoy!
