The Brownsburg Lions Club is hosting their annual Fourth of July Extraganza from June 30th-July 4th, 2017. With fireworks, a parade, carnival rides, great food, and much more, this is one of the most highly anticipated events of the summer. Here’s your guide to the festival:
Rides & Games
Carnival games and rides will be open each day from 6 p.m. until closing. Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Monday are Wristband Nights. On those days you can purchase a wristband for $19 at ticket booths for an all you can ride ticket.
The Brownsburg Kiwanis Club will sponsor Bingo in a tent located east of the Lions Clubhouse from 5-9 p.m. June 30th through July 4th.
Corn Tent & Food
Hoosiers take their corn seriously, but perhaps no one takes it more seriously than the Brownsburg Lions Club! You can purchase their famed roasted ears of corn at the corn tent from 5-9 p.m. July 30th-July 4th. The corn is then dipped in butter and seasoned to your personal preference. The Lions Club will also be serving meals at Bundy Lodge in Arbuckle Acres Park each evening.
Parade & Fireworks
Each year, more than ten thousand people gather to watch the Fourth of July Parade through Brownsburg. This patriotic event has been organized by the Brownsburg Lions Club since 1966. This year’s parade route is the reverse of the route in years past, beginning at Arbuckle Acre Park, Lucas Drive, then south on 267, east on College, and south on Odell before concluding in front of the high school. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. on July 4th, 2017.
The Brownsburg Fourth of July fireworks will begin at approximately 10 p.m. on July 4th at Arbuckle Acres Park. Click here for the latest festival information.
